The Kuniga Coast Trail, one of the most scenic routes in the Oki Islands, passes through traditional farmlands where cattle and horses graze freely. The trail begins near the top of Matengai Cliff and descends to sea level near the Tsūtenkyō rock arch.On Nakanoshima Island, the Akiya Coast showcases dramatic geological formations created by volcanic eruptions and erosion, making it one of the island’s most impressive coastal landscapes.
