Dive into the hot spring waters of Aso’s onsen in Uchinomaki, Jigoku, Tarutama, and the mountain resorts of the Oguni-go area.Drive through the vast grasslands on the Milk Road. Between mid-February and March, it’s noyaki season, when local communities undertake controlled burnings.Take the Mt. Kishima trail route starting from the Aso Volcano Museum. At the top, enjoy a spectacular view of the northern part of the Aso caldera, with the Nakadake volcano still fuming in the background.
