Never Fail was a cutter built in 1924 and lost on 1932. In c.1932 the auxiliary fishing cutter Never Fail was driven from its mooring in Blanche Port during a west to northwest storm. The vessel came ashore at Hospital Cove, east of the Streaky Bay jetty, where it soon broke up under the pounding of the waves
