Improve the evidence

Found something wrong—or newly strange?

Useful corrections identify the exact place, the detail that changed, when it was observed and the best supporting evidence. Reports are reviewed before they alter a record.

Fastest route: include the page URL so the record can be resolved without guesswork.

Review rule

User reports never silently overwrite authoritative evidence. Urgent safety or rights issues may cause a record or image to be withheld during review.
